Lower Clearwater is a luxury eco lodge in Kirkby Lonsdale, sitting perfectly between the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District. The hillside setting offers spectacular views across both national parks. This three-bedroom lodge has everything you need for a proper break without any faff.

The location is bloody brilliant. You've got the best of both worlds here - Yorkshire Dales on one side and Lake District on the other. Fancy a pint? There's a pub just 1.5 miles away. Need supplies? Carnforth is close by with shops and places to eat. The balcony views are so good you might forget to blink - perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

The accommodation sleeps 6 across three bedrooms - two super-king-size zip-and-link beds (can be twins if you prefer) and one king-size bed. Each bedroom is properly kitted out with its own bathroom facilities. The kitchen has everything including dishwasher (holiday essential!) and washing machine.

Within easy reach you'll find Ingleton Waterfalls Trail (15 miles, 25 mins), White Scar Cave (14 miles, 25 mins), Kendal Castle (16 miles, 30 mins) and Sizergh Castle (13 miles, 25 mins). All perfect for day trips.

Lower Clearwater is ideal for families or friends who want quality time together. The hot tub on the balcony is the cherry on top - just £60 extra and worth every penny for soaking with that view!
